About Welcome Properties
Welcome Properties suits adults travelling without children who want a straightforward, no-frills stay in Swindon. Set on Elmina Road, it works well as a base for exploring Lydiard Park and the town's other attractions, without the extras that come with larger hotels.
Rooms are en-suite and come with drinks available, giving guests a bit of comfort after a day out. There's a kitchen on site, free WiFi throughout, and a 24 hour reception for whenever you arrive or need assistance. It's worth noting there's no parking available at the property, so this suits guests arriving without a car or happy to make alternative arrangements.
A golf course, pub or bar, restaurant and other eateries are all nearby, along with local entertainment options, making it easy to head out for food or a drink without travelling far. It's a fair fit for adults wanting a functional stay close to Swindon's attractions rather than a resort experience.
