Very informative and the alpacas were great fun. Possibly better not to have to be contending with cyclists and motorists but a relatively quiet road is used and the staff managed it well. They are kept in the most beautiful parkland, love carrots and are very well looked after. It's highly recommended

Absolutely loved this. Everyone was lovely, very friendly, and informative on the walk. The Alpacas were just gorgeous. I walked with Orla, and she was a very sweet girl who loved her food. It was brilliant to feed them after the walk, and hosing them down was fun. We had the added extra of tea afterwards. We sat in the loveliest garden with the most beautiful view. Throughly recommend doing this.

Very friendly and informative hosts with interesting local knowledge. Beautiful countryside and the most endearing gentle Alpacas. This is a once in a lifetime experience and I heartily recommend it. We had tea and cakes afterwards on the terrace delicious, accompanied by Sophie and Guinness (Silky soft cocker spaniels)

My Booking was accepted and then an hour later, immediate cancellation by the host. While my payment of £280 was accepted, and taken from my account with the booking confirmed, the host cancelled just one hour later, citing a "double booking." While I understand mistakes happen, the consequences of this cancellation are unacceptable: • I was told the refund will take up to 10 days. These were my travel funds, so it is now impossible for me to book alternative accommodation for this weekend. • Host Negligence: This cancellation was not due to an emergency, but host administrative error. I was the one penalised for a host’s failure to manage their calendar. • Imminent Travel: This has caused significant distress and effectively ruined my planned weekend, as I am now without a place to stay. **** In response to the owners post.
