Went to see 2 films today. One at 2pm and one at 5.35pm. As we went to go in for the first film, the attendant noticed the date on our tickets was for August 3rd!! This date was also on the tickets for the second film. Obviously we wouldn't buy tickets that far in advance, I'm not even sure that you can do that! I told him which till we had got them from literally minutes before. We Rhondda had to wait for it to go though the manager who said there must be a glitch. He said we would be ok to go into the next film roo. However, we wen't through the same rigmarole trying to get into the next film at 5.35. Then, to cap it all, our " Premium" seats were absolutely filthy!! 🥴🫤

Seats are rubbish better off in cwmbran where all seats are recliners. Free parking though which cwmbran doesnt have. First time here so only positive is the young lady serving the popcorn and snacks etc today on the counter was super helpful and polite a rare find these days. Prices are extortionate too but not the staffs fault.

Visited today with my family and the state of the cinema seats was horrific. Rubbish and food everywhere up the aisle & on the seats. This included half filled drinks, nacho cheese and popcorn. Absolutely disgusting that I had to clear up the rubbish on a VIP seat before able to sit down. We did complain to the team who didn't seem interested at all.

We went and received good service to. Uy tickets an hour before. Returned to have no one greet us and we just walked on through. In screen 4. One of our seats have liquid on it and wasn't clean. Aside from this, generally. It looked to be okay. It was ready cold half way through the movie.
