Battle Grounds Paintball

We had my child’s birthday party here and the owner was absolutely spot on from the very first organising message right through to the actual day. Nothing was ever a problem, and everything felt easy and well organised. All the children loved it — even the girls who had never done anything like it before really enjoyed themselves. It was such a lovely outdoor experience and definitely one of those birthdays we still remember because it stood out from the usual parties. 🌿🎉 I also attended the Halloween paintball event on my own and I have to say it was an amazing experience. If I had a buddy who loved paintball, I would honestly do it more often! As someone who doesn’t often switch off from work, motherhood and household duties, that evening gave me exactly that — a chance to completely switch off and enjoy myself. All the games were well organised, and the bunker zombie experience was really special and memorable. A brilliant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🎯👻

We had an amazing day in Battlegrounds! Can't recommend it enough From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made sure everyone knew what they were doing, felt comfortable, and most importantly, had a great time. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their enthusiasm was genuinely infectious. The games themselves were brilliantly run -exciting, well-organised, and great for all experience levels. The team kept everything moving smoothly without it ever feeling regimented, and their energy really added to the atmosphere throughout the day. You can just tell the staff genuinely love what they do, and that comes through in everything. We left buzzing and already talking about coming back. Thanks to everyone there for such a brilliant day!

Great place and great staff Been going and playing for a few months now I recently started taking my younger son who has additional needs and can sometimes struggle in busy situations and new surroundings but loves outdoors I want to say a massive thank you to the owner and Marshalls as this is a hobby that my son is thriving in and really enjoying it’s helping build his confidence so well!! A lot of that does go down to the owner and Marshalls they are all very accommodating and understanding they do a fantastic job at keeping eveyone safe and making sure everyone feels involved and welcome a great place and community!!

We had our son's birthday party here this weekend. And it was good but I felt there was a complete lack on engagement from the staff. We had to find them when we arrived - I thought maybe someone would have met us to let us know where we could set up food and things. The staff were very young and seemed to struggle to engage with the party ( a group of 8 and 9 year olds). We had to step in to get them to listen to the safety brief as the two youngsters doing the brief couldnt hold their attention. It was also a bit disappointing as the website stated a there was a range of game zones and games but my son said they only did one range. He was looking forward to a bit more variety. We booked a birthday party and from the price point, I would have expected a party host. I will point out, that it didn't say anywhere we would get one so I didn't pay for something I didn't get. But for roughly 18.50 ahead I expected a bit more. Other places we have been too such as nerg wars, you get a host that will sort out the cake and round up the kids for food etc. For 18.50 all you get is a small fruit shoot and one packet of crisps. There wasn't even any jugs of water so we had a lot of thirsty kids. Lastly, the toilets were awful - we were the first group in so I don't know why the hand sanitizers were empty or why they smelt so awful. I'm not sure we would go back although my son and his friends did really enjoy it despite being a little disappointed at only being in one zone. I think it just seemed a little expensive for what you get for a party and I should have researched it a little more.
