Crofts

Crofts sits on the edge of Cairngorms National Park, accessed by its own private bridge across the grounds. The detached house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king on the ground floor, and upstairs a zip-and-link super king (which splits into two singles on request) plus a second twin room. There is one bathroom with both a bath and separate walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet, and all bed linen and towels are provided.

The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with the main event—a working open fire—along with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Electricity is included in the rental, as are initial logs for the fire. The garden is a substantial enclosed lawn with patio, garden furniture, and a firepit for evening use; parking for four cars sits at the top of the property. An external utility room has a tumble dryer if needed. One dog stays free. The setting has very low light pollution, making it notably good for stargazing. Smoking is not permitted inside.
