The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The property sleeps six and comes with private parking for two cars, an electric charging point, and a bike store. You have the grounds to yourselves, though the lawned areas are shared with other properties on-site. One pet is welcome at no extra cost. A pub sits within a mile, and Banchory town is nearby for shopping and dining. The location works equally well for a golfing trip – the 9-hole Queens course is on-site – or as a base for exploring Royal Deeside, the Grampian Mountains and surrounding glens.
