Sea Breeze is built from the solid stone character typical of Aberdeenshire's fishing villages. The cottage stands in Cairnbulg, a working community on the northeast coast, and sleeps four across three bedrooms—a double on the ground floor with its own shower room and cubicle toilet, a three-quarter double upstairs, and a third room with two singles. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. The whole property is yours alone.
Downstairs, the living room has a Freeview Smart TV and opens to a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. An enclosed garden with patio and sitting area looks out towards the coastal setting. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. One dog stays free of charge. Parking on site takes two cars, with overflow space on the road.
The village sits a short walk from beach and harbour. Fraserburgh town centre—home to the Museum of Scottish Lighthouses, Heritage Centre, and the RSPB Loch of Strathbeg for birdwatching—lies nearby. Peters Ices is also in the area. No smoking inside the cottage.
