The Cliff is a stone cottage in the fishing village of Collieston, where the harbour and beach sit on the doorstep. Built to face the water, it commands views across the bay and has a hot tub in the garden—a draw in itself on the Aberdeenshire coast. The village itself has the working harbour of the Collieston Harbour Trust, and a history that still shapes its character.
Inside, the layout is straightforward: a ground-floor living room and dining room open onto a kitchen fitted with the essentials for cooking, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a kingsize bed. The property sleeps four. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. On-road parking is available.
The garden has seating and a table, and the hot tub accommodates four. The location suits anyone drawn to walking the Aberdeenshire coastline, or simply wanting to watch the sea from a chair. The village has a quiet appeal; the landscape beyond it—including Forvie National Nature Reserve with its sand dunes—offers more active days out. The property sits near water and is not suitable for smoking.
