Seaton Cottage

Collieston's coastline draws walkers year-round, and from Seaton Cottage you're positioned to make the most of it. The village sits on dramatic cliffs with beach access a short stroll away. Nearby Newburgh offers seal-watching, while several championship golf courses lie within a 10-mile drive—including Cruden Bay and the Trump International links. BrewDog Brewery in Ellon is close enough for an afternoon visit, and Aberdeen, 16 miles south, has everything else you might need.

The cottage itself is a restored fisherman's cottage with two double bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. Ground level holds the living space: a sitting room with an open fire, a dining room with a wood burner, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all covered. There's an enclosed garden with a patio, and parking is straightforward—either on the road or at a free public car park 55 yards away. Note that the garden has 6 steps and a drop. No smoking indoors.
