Bayview

Bayview is a converted pair of fishermen's cottages on the Aberdeenshire coast, positioned above a sandy beach that curves into the harbour below. The property sits in an elevated spot in a quiet lane, with windows across the main rooms framing views down to the water where seals, dolphins and porpoises are often visible from shore. The ground floor holds a living room with an open fire, a bright kitchen and dining space with modern appliances, and a conservatory at the far end where the outlook across the bay is especially wide. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one double and one single, plus a pull-out single bed—and a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The cottage sleeps four and comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity included; heating is oil-fired and initial logs for the wood burner are provided. There is garden space arranged as small terraces stepping down the slope, with sitting-out furniture and parking for two cars on site. The property is reached via a ground-floor entrance with three steps, and some unprotected drops run along the terraced sections of the garden—children will need supervision in these areas. Port Erroll School is nearby, and the beach itself is directly accessible from the grounds.
