What visitors say
We stayed in Willow, for 2 nights, as a birthday treat. The site is gorgeous and the kids loved being able to run around in nature. The hut was a perfect little base for us, giving us everything we needed for resting and recharging ahead of 2 days at Alton Towers, which isn't far away at all. We lit our own little fire pit on both nights, needed for toasting marshmallows more than to keep warm given we were staying during a heatwave! The hut itself was a very pleasant temperature - I'd been a bit worried, as we'd been having very hot days and not especially cool nights, but we were all very comfortable. If it had been cooler, the hut also has a wood-burning stove which we could have used to keep toasty. We didn't get chance to use the pizza oven - our weekend was more action-packed than lazy and laid back, and we needed quick and easy meals for hungry kids. However, Craig was very willing to show us how everything worked and we would have taken him up on the offer if we'd have had chance to have a pizza party.

A stunning and magical getaway taking us back to nature. Perfect host everything we needed was provided. Exceptional experience Thankyou so much Craig!

Can’t fault the stay - but biggest issue is unless you have an SUV or a 4x4 you will wreck your car driving down the road. My car is now scratched to pieces as I couldn’t drive straight as the road is so uneven so had to drive to the side along the thorn bushes. Wishes I was told about access as we would have drove a different vehicle.

Absolutely beautiful site and pods! The site is so well looked after and very peaceful. The pod was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I really liked the newly built settle area and the pizza oven meant we were able to make homemade pizzas and eat like queens! 10/10, could not recommend this place more! The perfect place to go for a nature filled getaway ✨
