About Cresta Court Hotel
Cresta Court Hotel is a sizeable, modern building on Church Street in Altrincham, built with the straightforward comfort of a budget-friendly hotel rather than any period grandeur. Its scale means it can offer a proper range of facilities, from meeting rooms and business services to a lift and accessible rooms, making it as suited to a work trip as to a weekend stay.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks available in-room, and the usual practical extras: free WiFi, room service, laundry service and luggage storage. Downstairs there's a restaurant and a cocktail bar with a contemporary feel, along with a snack bar and breakfast service, and staff can call on concierge and VIP facilities where needed. Free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charge point add convenience for those arriving by car.
The location gives easy reach of Manchester Airport and Altrincham's own attractions, while nearby options stretch to golf, fishing and horse riding for those wanting to get outdoors, plus pubs and bars and other entertainment close by for evenings out.

This is a budget hotel - rooms are out-dated and the bathrooms poorly maintained. Room wasn't cleaned first night and we had a problem getting towels. I stayed in a "cosy" twin room with my sister and it was small! Downstairs areas including reception, bar and restaurant were clean, spacious and comfortable. Much higher quality than guest rooms. Apart from one member of staff on reception (older male) - everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had notified a late arrival and had booked a table at the restaurant accordingly. We were held up in traffic, and arrived before the restaurant closed - but the above-mentioned member of reception staff was extremely unhelpful and told us we couldn't have a meal as we were late arriving, despite the published closing time on a notice behind him. However, this was soon solved by the bar and restaurant staff and we were able to eat at the bar from the bar menu - which suited us better. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. However, I definitely won't be staying there again because of the low-quality rooms.

I recently stayed at the Cresta Court Hotel and had a delightful experience. The dining experience was truly exceptional, with a menu offering a variety of delicious options catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring fresh and flavorful choices that set a perfect tone for the day. My room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, as everything was in perfect order when I arrived and was consistently kept up during my stay. The staff at Cresta Court Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The team went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and promptly addressing any questions or requests I had. Overall, the combination of great food, clean accommodations, and friendly staff made for a memorable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

Jo greeted us and checked us in on reception and was lovely, friendly and helpful. The same can be said for the breakfast host and waitresses. In fact, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The main hotel areas were great and the breakfast really, really good. The room was a little under par in that the double glazed units had blown and the paint was peeling and cracking in places so it felt quite tired. The beds were also a little squeaky and the room was fairly compact. Having said that the room was clean and reasonably comfortable so all in all it was a good few nights stay. I would come again particularly for the great staff and lovely breakfast.

Great value included breakfasts. Yes, room was small but we knew that and it was fine for a couple of nights with no large luggage. Would have liked more lighting especially something over the desk/dressing table. Only one bed spotlight was working. Staff welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping team provided hand soap on request. Breakfast staff efficient and friendly. Receptionist helped with our Rewards query. Would certainly book again.
