Lake View Cottage

Amber Valley's countryside draws walkers and families to its network of trails, and Lake View Cottage sits within a working caravan and camping site where that landscape is right outside. The lodge is detached and single-storey, with everything on one level: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space that opens via French doors onto a decking area overlooking the water, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. One bedroom has a double bed; the other contains a bunk bed and a single child's bed. The essentials are covered—electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included—and the kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, with a range, microwave and slow cooker.

The property sleeps five and has its own parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay free. A travel cot is available on request, and a bike store is on the grounds. The site has a small shop and the surrounding area offers immediate access to countryside walks; the Derbyshire trails begin at the perimeter. No smoking is permitted inside. Note that there are unfenced lakes on the grounds.
