About White Hart Hotel by Marstons Inns
A restaurant and bar sit right at the heart of White Hart Hotel by Marstons Inns, making it as much a place to eat and drink as to stay the night. Set on Bridge Street in central Andover, Hampshire, the hotel offers traditional accommodation with en-suite bathrooms, family rooms, and drinks available in-room for guests who prefer to settle in rather than head down to the bar.
Breakfast is served on-site, and free WiFi covers the building for those who need to catch up on work or simply stream something in the evening. Meeting rooms make it a workable base for business visitors, while outdoor seating gives everyone else somewhere to sit when the weather allows. Reception operates around the clock, so arrival times are never a worry.
The hotel's central position puts guests within easy reach of Andover's own pubs, restaurants and eateries, and golf and fishing are both available nearby for those wanting to fill a day outdoors. There's also entertainment on hand locally for evenings out beyond the hotel bar itself.
People say this hotel offers good value, with tasty food, comfortable beds, and friendly, helpful staff.
Other reviews mention rooms can be neglected and dated, and some amenities can be poorly maintained.
