About Afallon Touring Park
Perched on a hilltop above Rhosneigr, this small, modern touring park delivers sweeping views over Llyn Maelog lake and out to the Irish Sea—big skies and generous pitches combine for that liberating sense of space. The facilities are spick and span, with plenty of hot showers, and you're welcome to bring barbecues and dogs.
It's a five-minute drive (or 40-minute walk if you're keen) down to Rhosneigr's sandy beach, surf school, pubs and cafés. Just behind the village, Llyn Maelog—a freshwater lake despite its lagoon-like appearance—offers coarse fishing for carp, roach, bream and tench with day permits on the south bank. Simple, well-kept and perfectly placed for coastal walks, watersports and exploring Anglesey's ancient sites, Afallon makes an excellent base for getting outdoors properly.

What visitors say
Really lovely, quiet and well kept site. The toilets and showers and facilities to wash up were clean and hot. Really helpful people and great having fresh eggs and milk. Ice cream was delicious too. 😋 Some beautiful beaches nearby, within 10 minutes drive, with plenty of parking, toilets and places to walk the dog. Would definitely recommend for a quiet breakaway.

Enjoying our stay on site as it is the first time we have explored this area of Anglesey. Good location with excellent facilities. Very quiet midweek with a few more weekenders in the seasonal vans at weekends. Low cloud has reduced the numbers of training aircraft overlying us from RAF Valley. Fascinating to see them and soon get used to the noise as they fly overhead. Lovely places to visit invite area, near to local shoos, etc. Nice to meet owners and on site wardens who are very helpful. Photos of flowers in front of our van and sunset also from van.

I would give two stars to this site, one for the shower, it's lovely and hot, free and very powerful and one for how lovely and quiet it is at night. The site is half finished so looks really scruffy (it should have said something along those lines on the website really as it looks awful). There is a wooden fence (again, unfinished and scruffy) all around the site so it feels like you are really fenced in. There did not seem to be any nice views (as promised on the website) and all you can see is other caravans as they are in rows and not freeform. We felt that the website was really over promising and under delivering as it states there is a newly built shower block so we were expecting a really modern building with great facilities - not so - it's basic and not even that clean. Also there are just two showers and two toilets (ladies) for the whole site!
