About Ty'n Buarth Camping

Ty'n Buarth Camping opened its gates for the first time in 2026, and this intimate farm site – just a handful of fully-serviced hardstanding pitches – already makes a compelling case for itself. The location delivers: spectacular south-facing views toward Yr Wyddfa and the peaks of Eryri National Park, plus glimpses of cruise ships and Irish ferries heading into Holyhead harbour to the north. It's a peaceful, green corner of south-west Anglesey, surrounded by farmland yet only ten minutes off the A5.

Every pitch comes with electric hook-up, water and drainage connections, while the modern shower block includes dedicated facilities for men and women plus wheelchair-accessible options. Families will appreciate the children's play area (with organised sports in high season), and dogs are welcome year-round with walking routes on the doorstep. Rhosneigr's pubs and restaurants sit ten minutes' drive away, basic supplies five minutes in Gwalchmai, supermarkets in Holyhead. A welcoming addition to Anglesey's camping scene.

Absolutely stunning! And the hosts were amazing! Called up to enquire regarding a VERY last minute stay due to a family emergency within the area. They were fantastic and extremely understanding and welcoming! A beautiful site and the pod was very cosy. Was lovely to wake up to the sounds of nature surrounding us - song birds, cockerels, horses. I cannot recommend them enough! Will definitely be coming back when I have time to properly enjoy the area and the 'neigh-bours' more ❤️ Thank you Elen and Gethyn!

Quiet campsite with decent facilities. The showers were hot and the owners were very friendly and helpful. There are horse and chickens on site too which are nice to look at.

Great place to stay, roughly 15 minutes to Bangor and 10 minutes to Caernarfon. Pod was comfortable and came with kettle, tea, coffee, and locally sourced Welsh cakes. The host was friendly, and I had a good chat with her both days I was there. I would recommend this place, it is out the way and peaceful but also close enough to main areas if interest.
