Just returned from the most amazing camping trip to North Wales where we camped at Rhyd Y Galen. Such a wonderful campsite, so peaceful and serene in such a superb location. The site was spotlessly clean, immaculate all around the site and well cared for. The staff and management were all very friendly as were all the other campers we met. Even the weather was perfect and we will definitely return to this site, we couldn’t fault it and it was just what we needed, thank you !

Reception like that of a 5* hotel and the showers/toilet block of similar standard. Loved that the showers weren't on a timer - much appreciated by our disabled son. Site just stunning and beautifully kept with wee hiding places for tents. Great secure field to let our beloved dog let off some steam and ensure a good night's sleep. Only camped off night en route to Holyhead but would deffo back.

We were in the area working for 2 days so brought our caravan and booked at this site. It was immaculately kept and quiet and peaceful. The welcome was smiling and friendly - plus I asked if I could leave the caravan past check out time the next day, so we could go to the job without and this was no problem. The shepherds hut blocks were brilliantly appointed, thought of everything. I really liked the movement sensor lights too - meant you could move around at night easily. Even when we got a "telling off" from a groundsman (it was deserved, my reactive dog got off her lead) - he was reasonable and calm about it. I appreciated that. We would love to return some time.

Extremely well run site. Good facilities across various locations, all cleaned regularly. Location is excellent, situated near Caernarfon giving easy access to coast, Anglesey and Snowdonia. I’ve visited this site 4 times now and never had an issue; I’ll be back I’m sure.
