Crioch at Newlands

Crioch at Newlands is a single-storey open-plan cottage where the living room, kitchen and dining space flow together on the ground floor. The woodburner provides warmth, there's a television for quieter evenings, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking—oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer among the appliances. Upstairs, a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room complete the layout.

Outside, a patio with garden furniture looks onto the grounds, and there's a private hot tub for up to four people. The property sits in Glenisla near Blairgowrie in Angus, an area with hiking routes and local shops. One dog can stay for free. Wi-Fi and heating are included; firewood for the woodburner is provided initially, with more available locally. The cottage takes two guests and comes with parking for two cars. No smoking indoors.
