Panbride Retreats - The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a former 19th-century stable transformed into a two-bedroom holiday home within the grounds of Panbride House. Built from the original stone structure, it combines period character with up-to-date comfort. Downstairs holds a living and dining room with a smart TV and direct access to a private courtyard; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher and washer-dryer among its appliances. Upstairs, one bedroom contains a super king bed and the other has two singles, served by a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The property sleeps four and sits on six acres of enclosed grounds, shared with other holiday lets on the estate. One dog is welcome to stay free. You'll have your own front garden with seating and a barbecue, and can book the hot tub for exclusive use. The estate also offers a gym and tennis court. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is provided by gas central heating.

The Angus coast lies within easy reach on foot. East Haven and West Haven are local beaches with rock pools and shallow water for families and dogs. Carnoustie, a few miles further along the shore, is known for its golf links and has shops, cafés and pubs. No smoking indoors; two cars can park on the property.
