Converted from a B-listed stable block on the Panbride Estate, this three-bedroom property offers the kind of space that works for families or groups wanting room to spread out without feeling cramped. A private courtyard with barbecue connects to six enclosed acres of grounds where dogs can run freely, and beach walks begin virtually at your gate.

The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen and living area—the kind of layout where cooking doesn't isolate you from everyone else. There's a woodburner for winter evenings, a full-sized oven alongside the induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, and washer-dryer all there to handle whatever you need. Three bedrooms spread across two floors; two have zip-and-link super-king beds that split into singles if required, and all have televisions. Bathrooms are equally generous: one ensuite with a roll-top bath under a skylight, another on the ground floor with step-free access, a third with shower and heated towel rail.
