The property sits on a 2000-acre working farm in the Vale of Strathmore, where arable crops and cattle occupy the wider landscape. Blairgowrie itself—with shops and a pub—lies three miles off. You have the whole farmhouse to yourselves, sleeping six across three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Inside, there is a wood-burning stove in the open-plan living and kitchen area, a Freeview television and DVD player for quieter evenings, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and the rest. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are all included. An enclosed garden and patio sits outside, and you can park on site. One well-behaved pet stays free.
