Kingfisher Cottage is a single-storey detached property on a 2000-acre working farm in the Vale of Strathmore, recently renovated to high specification. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate four guests comfortably. The first bedroom has a king bed with en-suite shower; the second offers a zip-and-link super king (convertible to twin singles on request) with a separate family bathroom featuring bath and overhead shower. Throughout, the cottage is furnished with quality fittings and smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living space.

The heart of the cottage is a high-ceilinged open-plan kitchen and living room, where a wood burner sits between full-length windows framed on farmland views. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine.
