Am Bruadar
Argyll and Bute
Am Bruadar is a well-equipped family home sleeping eight, set between Dalmally and Loch Awe with views towards Ben Cruachan. Everything you need for a self-catering stay comes as standard: electricity, gas underfloor heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered, plus initial fuel for the wood burner. On-site parking fits four cars.
The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with a woodburner, leading to a garden through patio doors. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, with a utility room housing washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms are on this level: a double with ensuite walk-in shower, and a single with separate toilet access. Upstairs are three further bedrooms—a kingsize with ensuite shower, a twin and a single—plus a family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. The home is accessible for those with limited mobility, with an entrance ramp and wider doors. A travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available for families with young children.
Outside, an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture provides a secure space away from the railway line that runs at the property's edge—a quiet, occasionally-used branch of the Oban to Glasgow route. No smoking inside.
