Oaktree Cottage

Oaktree Cottage suits families, pairs of couples, or small groups after a self-catering base in Argyll. The two bedrooms sleep four: one has a zip-and-link bed that converts to singles if needed, the other a double. A single bathroom with both bath and shower serves all guests. Everything happens on the ground floor, with the living and dining areas opening onto a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and the rest. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity and bed linen are all included; towels too.

The real draw is outside. An enclosed garden provides safe space for children and dogs to play while adults sit out with a view across to Loch Fyne; you can park up to four cars on site. The cottage stands in Cairndow, close enough to the water for a quick walk down to the beach. If you have young children, a travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking throughout the property.
