We had a lovely stay in May for 4-nights as a family. We stayed in a 3-bedroom Harry Potter house which was really nice. Very clean, lots of space, comfortable sofas and beds. Lovely view from the decking and great that we had the garden out the front for the children to play on and the steam just opposite me the house for them to paddle in. We were in Eagle #3. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and indoor kids area and the outside playground were all excellent for our 3 and 6 yr old. Beautiful walks from the park. We took a boat out on the loch and saw seals. Food in restaurant was very good.

The A shapes lodge was really nice but it would’ve been nice to have some shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. Our lodge was bunny themed. So they had a bunny soap dispenser but nothing in it. What the point? The experience at the park felt like all they cared about was to take money off you. They charged for the pool £20 and £3 for each towels. Staff knowledge was zero. They couldn’t tell me the opening times of the restaurant. Reception staff were only interesting in selling their services and were not interested and providing local information. The food on site was disappointing and very expensive. I wish I knew they don’t have a supermarket in Goil. They called the day before which was a nice surprise. They could have advised us that there is only a weeee shop there on site. Would I go back. No.

Perfect quiet holiday village in a beautiful location. We've stayed at Drimsynie twice and have had great experiences both times. The site is located right by the loch, providing great walks within a few minutes of where you're staying. The rooms have always been clean and well maintained, with basic provisions. The staff and facilities on site are brilliant, especially if you have young children. James and Justin from the entertainment team are brilliant with kids and make all of the activities fun for them.

We booked a large chalet for a family weekend break. Six adults and 4 small children. The accommodation was fine, good amenities, comfy rooms, warm, TVs in all rooms. TV Reception pretty sparse, once you add internet, at an extra £3 per day, tv channels are then populated. There's a nice package of soaps, dishwater tablets, sponge, dish towels, sugar coffee milk. Enough to at least give you a welcoming cuppa. The site offers a swimming pool, an expensive dip by any account. 🤨 Apparently anything that can be charged, is now extra since the site went into administration. Weather unfortunately was a complete dampner, so amenities on site under cover were the best option. There is a lovely restaurant with well cooked food, recommended. Entertainment at night had some varied music for all ages, kids were enjoying it. A nice selection of beers and wines were on offer, plenty of soft drinks too. A good shout out to the staff who were polite and courteous and helpful when needed. Would I go back? It was a very expensive weekend break, not helped by hearing others around me extoling the very much cheaper deals they found through the Internet. Shame on me for booking well ahead of time, hey ho. Oh, and yes, I would go back.
