The Bullock Shed

The Bullock Shed is a detached stone building converted into holiday accommodation, set within private grounds near Kilmartin Glen in Argyll and Bute. The property sleeps 4 across a double bedroom and a twin on the first floor, with a ground-floor shower room serving both. Downstairs is an open-plan living space that combines a sitting area with a dining kitchen, where you can cook proper meals rather than making do with basics—there's an electric cooker, dishwasher and washer-dryer among the essentials. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating and electricity are provided.

Outside there's a lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for two cars on site. The location puts you within reach of Oban to the north and the smaller towns of Lochgilphead and Tayvallich to the south, with the Crinan Canal good for walks and cycling, and fishing and golf available locally. Kilmartin Glen itself is archaeologically significant, dotted with standing stones, cairns and early Bronze Age sites. A pub and shop are about a mile and a half away. One dog is welcome to stay. No smoking indoors.
