Copyhold Barns
Arun
Copyhold Barns comprises a converted stable block and cart barn built from local flint, now divided into distinct living and sleeping wings. The property stands on an arable farm with a natural pond where moorhens and wild ducks visit; the coast lies a few miles away and Pagham Harbour nature reserve is roughly a mile south. The whole place is yours alone, with parking on site and a sheltered garden area with seating outside.
Ground-floor living space opens across the old stable block—kitchen and dining flowing into a lounge with two sofa beds and a television. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with shower; the second bedroom contains twin beds, also with its own wet room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The building has multiple levels internally, so steps connect the different areas. A pub sits within a mile's walk. No smoking throughout.
