Little London

Little London is a single-storey bungalow on the edge of Bognor Regis, arranged so everything is on the ground floor. You enter into a living and dining space with a 32-inch smart TV, then move through to a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave and washing machine all there. Two bedrooms branch off: one with a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom, the other with two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower and a heated towel rail. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside is a small lawned garden with patio and garden furniture, plus a gas barbecue for cooking. Parking is on road. The location puts you within a couple of miles of Bognor Regis's beaches, and the South Downs National Park is close by for walking. Arundel Castle and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust lie about 10 miles away; the Goodwood Estate and Fontwell Park Racecourse are short drives. Brighton is reachable by train from Bognor Regis station, as is Portsmouth with its historic dockyard. One well-behaved dog stays free. The property does not permit smoking.
