Lords View is a ground-floor cottage sleeping six near Ashford, with everything needed for self-catering already in place. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so cooking proper meals is straightforward. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room, and heating throughout for cooler months.
Three bedrooms are arranged across the property: one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower, two with twin beds each. A second bathroom with bath and shower serves the rest of the house. The open-plan living area has a sofa bed and patio doors opening onto an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light. One dog stays free, and a kennel is available. You can park three cars on site.
The cottage sits within 200 acres that include working farmland, public footpaths for walking, and countryside views from some bedrooms. Port Lympne Zoo, Dymchurch beach and Romney Marsh are within reach for day trips, and Ashford Station offers rail connections to London and Eurostar services to mainland Europe. The village of Ruckinge is small and quiet; more shops and services are nearby.

We loved staying here. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. A bit tucked away but easy to find using Google maps. The cottage had everything we needed and was comfortable. We've already booked for next year!

We have had the most relaxing break for Christmas. The dogs have loved there walks. It's such a peaceful place, beautiful areas to explore. The accommodation is far more superior than the pictures show. It has absolutely everything you can need. The beds are super comfy, it's warm and cosy, a fabulous big family table for all to sit and enjoy. Peter is a fantastic host. There is nothing to much trouble. Spotlessly clean. Absolutely fantastic... Would definitely come again..
