Leacon Hall - Lodge

Leacon Hall Lodge is a converted barn with exposed timber vaulting and whitewashed walls that flood the space with natural light. Everything is on the ground floor, accessed by a single step. The open-plan living area has a wood-burning stove and opens straight onto the garden; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a gas hob and electric oven among other appliances. Two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with a double—each have their own bathroom, one fitted with both bath and shower cubicle, the other with shower only. A utility room has washing and tumble-drying facilities. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered.

The property sits in quiet countryside but close to several attractions. Camber Sands is fifteen minutes away; the medieval town of Rye is equally near. Canterbury Cathedral is a forty-minute drive, and Whitstable's seafood restaurants and coastal character are the same distance. Ashford Designer Outlet is ten minutes off. Parking on site accommodates three cars. One dog can stay free of charge. The back garden has a patio and seating area with barbecue; the front overlooks a pond within the grounds, which is unfenced. The south-facing garden is open at both ends and not fully enclosed—something to consider if you're bringing a dog.
