What visitors say
Had an amazing stay at Muiredge with friends! We got to see all the accommodation options—bell tents, shepherd’s huts, railway carriage, and cabins—and every one was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well spaced out so each felt really private. Each had its own log burner which made them really cosy. Loved that every unit also had its own toilet and a really warm shower. The barn was a perfect hangout space for our group, a kitchen area with stove, fridge, microwave and kettle. There was a sink and bbq outside. Lots of entertainment for kids and they even had hot water bottles! Plenty of safe outdoor space for kids to run around, and despite having children with us, the setting was incredibly peaceful. The stars at night were absolutely amazing. Good parking on site, and everything felt really well thought out and looked after. The owner was incredibly helpful—nothing was too much trouble. I am in the process of booking two more trips back with groups of friends. A special spot.

A perfect location at the gateway to the highlands. Beautifully made eco lodges set in idyllic surroundings. Lovely walks from the site and close to good amenities and activities. Highly recommend Angus and the team.

Spent the most tranquil weekend at the idyllic Muiredge. Our family of four stayed in one of their goregous cabins, Collie’s Wobbles and there was ample room with stunning views. They have a range of accommodations including a bigger cabins, Old Oak, with an upstairs, ideal for older kids. The railway carriage is perfect for couples and even has its own outdoor heated bath and a couples swing, it’s stunning. There is so much space for the children to run free allowing the adults to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. It’s also the perfect location for group bookings and has a large communal barn with indoor and outdoor seating to spend your evenings. We were lucky enough to be there when there was a pop up event serving delicious food. Definitely recommend whether for a family trip, couples retreat or group gathering! x
