We booked last minute and stayed for one night with our two whippets in the ‘studio’ at the bottom of the garden. It had everything we needed and was clean. Friendly host. Some things to bear in mind was the shower was under powered which didn’t bother me as I like a cold shower. I’d say it would be cosy in the winter but a little stuffy in warm weather as there are only a couple of small windows. To leave the door open you do feel exposed as the studio is in front of the house pretty much. The very small garden was fit for purpose for the doggies. Would have been nice to sit outside but the garden furniture was unusable (filthy). A declutter and a couple of nice lights inside would push it to 4 stars for sure.

Simply delightful ! John made the stay wonderful from the beginning of the booking, providing the most valuable information. Such an attentive host! The room had everything you needed, even milk in the fridge for the tea or coffee, such a nice touch. The fireplace was literally the highlight of my trip, put an instant smile on my tired face. Not to mention the Coca Cola themed little reception area, absolutely unique. The snug room is such a lovely little spot to unwind and relax, so beautifully decorated. Will certainly be looking forward to returning to this gem. I adore and admire this quaint , secluded cottages that have the peace we all need, warmth and best views.

I recently stayed here with my daughter and it was perfect for us. Great location into Lyme Regis and surrounding villages. The snug had everything we needed. Enjoyed our biscuits that we were left and the milk thank you. the host was quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend Thanks

A beautiful place in a beautiful area! Second visit to Netherleigh and already planning the third. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, the type of hosts you actually want to sit and have a cuppa with. I highly recommend this place - I am so glad we found this little haven! And the beds are sooooo comfy!
