The Dove House

The Dove House is a single-storey cottage designed for comfort, with everything built in at ground level. It has one bedroom with a super king bed, one bathroom with bath and shower, and sleeping space for two. The whole property is yours alone, from arrival after 4pm until 10am departure.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas with good equipment: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer mean you can cook properly if you want to. A Freeview Smart TV is in the lounge. Air source heat pump underfloor heating keeps the cottage warm; electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. Outside, there is private parking for two cars and a front garden with seating, garden furniture and a barbecue. No smoking inside.

The cottage sits in the grounds of Grade II listed Manor Farm, in countryside between Boxford and Kersey. Walking and cycling routes thread through the surrounding villages, and the Suffolk coast is within reach for a day out. Local markets, restaurants and country estates are scattered across the area. The property does not accommodate children.
