Cote Farm

Cote Farm is a converted farmhouse with five bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two floors, sleeping up to 10 guests. Everything essential is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included, along with logs for the woodburner. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. There is private parking for four cars on site, with an electric charging point available if needed.

The ground floor contains two living spaces—one with a 70-inch smart TV, the other with a woodburner and no television—plus a fully equipped kitchen with electric range, dishwasher and washer-dryer, opening onto a south-facing decked area. Upstairs are five bedrooms: three with kingsize beds and ensuites, one with a double bed, and one with two singles. A separate bathroom with bath and cubicle shower serves the remaining bedrooms. A second toilet sits on the ground floor. The property includes a large lawned garden with seating, a firepit and barbecue, and a travel cot and highchair available on request.

Cote Farm sits on two and a half acres between Langsett village and Penistone, with stone flag flooring, exposed walls and vaulted ceilings throughout. Underfloor heating runs beneath the main living and dining areas. The property is for families and couples only; it has unfenced drops and ten steps without a handrail in the garden, and pets must be kept on a lead. Smoking is not permitted.
