Warden’s Cottage

Warden's Cottage comes ready for immediate use. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered, so you arrive to a functioning home rather than a list of things to sort. The kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking—fridge, freezer, washing machine—and the living space centres on a woodburner. The bathroom contains a bath with shower attachment and heated towel rail. One car can park on site.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a king-size bed upstairs and bunk beds in the second room. Downstairs is open plan, with the living and dining areas flowing together. It sits directly beside Langsett Reservoir on the edge of the Peak District, with walking and cycling trails accessible from the doorstep. A pub and café are within a couple of minutes' walk. The cottage does not permit smoking, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. There is level access to the entrance.
