You enter Bramble Cottage straight into a unified ground floor where living, dining and kitchen flow together. A king bed, bathroom with bath and shower, and all essentials for two people fill the rest of the footprint. The conversion has kept its character—exposed beams and stone—while adding modern comforts: a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen, Freeview in both the bedroom and living area, and Wi-Fi throughout. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.
The cottage sits on a working dairy farm in elevated countryside with panoramic views toward the Peak District. You have sole use of the building itself, but share extensive grounds with other properties on-site: lawned gardens with patio seating, a summerhouse, bike storage and parking for three cars. A wood-fired hot tub (open 8am to 10pm) sits within those shared grounds, as does a tennis court and a barbecue house available by arrangement. Beyond the garden lie 2 acres of landscaped land. A separate on-site spa offers treatments and facilities at additional cost.
This works well for couples seeking quiet time in the countryside, or anyone who values direct access to a working landscape. Note there are five steps down to the garden. No smoking in the cottage. One pet is welcome.

Great location, great views lovely gardens. We attended a wedding in big teepee,s. Didn't take a room but family did, had a look round, looked lovely. U can leave your car overnight if required. Would recommend this venue.

Excellent communication from the start. On arrival staff were lovely, gave us a tour and explained facilities well. Complimentary drink too. Not over crowded and managed to use all the facilities. Well organised day. We'll definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Absolutely will be booking again. My 60 minute treatment was amazing. The lady talked me through my treatment so I knew what to expect. The spa facility was also lovely and relaxing. Price of a 60 minute treatment and the use of the spa was really good price. Can’t wait to visit again

The accommodation is beautiful, High quality and well appointed and has everything you need. It's also has lovely comfy beds and amazing views. The spa is beautiful and well equipped. The different saunas and experiences are all great and the hot tub with wonderful views was fabulous. My treatment was a facial and it was so relaxing and my skin looked amazing afterwards. The therapist who did it was friendly and professional and it was a lovely experience.
