All so terrible, reason 1. rude and awful management. I am extremely disappointed with the management at this establishment. The lack of organization and accountability is clear from the moment you walk in. Staff seem untrained and overwhelmed, yet management does nothing to provide support or direction. Simple issues that could have been resolved quickly were dragged out due to poor communication and an unprofessional attitude from those in charge. It’s evident that leadership here does not prioritize customer experience or employee efficiency, and the result is a frustrating and unpleasant environment.

Jefferson's do great food. My personal favourites being the hot beef baguette and the turkey ciabatta. Always a hit and always great service. I just wish the opening hours weren't so awkward. There are multiple times a month I think "I would love a Jeffersons for lunch" to find they hardly ever do lunch. In fact I'm certain it's only once a week? I would frequent much more often but as a result of this I probably go to Jeffersons maybe once every year. Jefferson's.. I and many others want you to open for pub lunch!
