Last minute booking at short notice but was no trouble at all to the lovely lady and gent. Nice warm clean and quiet. Very handy having small fridge and microwave in room. Loved the idea of security code door handle rather than key card. Thank you for being wonderful hosts for the weekend.

This place is absolutely filthy, rooms are terrible, a tent in the back yard. Avoid at all costs, the owner is rude and no refunds are given

The property doesn't meet the basic standards. One room doesn't have the window , you can't call it bedroom . The dump smell all over .This property shouldn't be let out . !!! We had an infant child and we had to find another place to stay for the night. The owner didn't want to do a refund so we message to booking.com and they said we have to delete our comment on booking. We done as it was required but no refund was received. So basically what booking.com doing is protecting their business and ignoring complaints from the every day customers. All I can say shame on you!!!
