A lovely welcome from Natalie & Chris! Room perfectly clean and comfy beds! Perfect location for Cardiff Airport. Plenty of free onsite parking even when arriving late evening.

Booked through booking .com Apparently the confirmation number isn't the Travelodge confirmation number. Which I didn't receive. Even though the young lad at reception new my name and could see I had booked. He wasn't going to give me a room key until I could give him the correct Travelodge confirmation number. 'This happens a lot' he said. So what happens then. I said because I'm not going anywhere. After 10 minutes of trying to reason he decided to book me in using a different method. Maybe he could have done this in the first place. Next time Premier Inn.

Excellent service. Stayed here last March and again this weekend. Room was lovely and Josh was very helpfu when we were checking in. Chris, the manager, was excellent - couldn't do enough to help us!!!
