Monkey Madness is an amazing place for families! The play areas are clean, safe, and full of fun activities for children of all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Our kids had an incredible time and didn’t want to leave! We've been coming here for a few years and my boys have always enjoyed it. Today we had my sons 5th birthday party which was seemlessly run from start to finish and the staff were so helpful, especially with all my random enquiries before the actual party day. Great touch allowing the kids to pick their own hot food choices as well which kept them all happy. Our party host and the staff are great and so friendly, the kids really enjoyed the party and my son was so happy. Definitely recommend a party here, will be throwing my youngest one here too in the future! Thank you so much.

As far as soft plays go, this is one of the best for quality and value for money. Like most soft plays it’s a little rough around the edges, but it’s always clean, it feels safe and the play spaces are well thought out. I appreciate that, in addition to the baby soft play and the giant “big kid” play area, there’s a middle area suitable for 2-4 year olds which has low height climbing frames that feel safe but are challenging for that clumsy walking stage. The food there was surprisingly adequate and they have various birthday party packages.

The best kids soft play in Basildon. Sensible prices friendly staff. And reasonable prices for entry and food. Brought my son there with some of his nursery friends and they loved it.
