A first class very well managed Residential Country park that is an absolute eye opener for perfection. The estate management is first class the Static Homes/ Lodges are all perfectly maintained maintained and all Building safety regulations strictly adhered to. The location close to the River Crouch and the Facilities make this Country park a very well sought after location. The park hosts a Social club A Gymnasium and Coffee club mornings For retirees this is an ideal location not to be overlooked. My wife and myself are overjoyed at being part of this unique place of peaceful residence.

Could do more to keep the place better needs more staff but they are properly on minimum wage anyway ground rent is far to high as we get nothing for it . Main problem is the in considerate people who have no control over there dogs barking you don't need much intelligence to control them which just goes to show how ignorant people can be .do your home work first before you think of moving here as there are several things that you might not like ie 10% you pay to the site on your park home value when it's sold Bob doe

Have lived here for ten years and love the community spirit. The clubhouse is the heart of that community with a daily coffee shop, licensed bar and occasional functions and live acts. Regular quiz shows, bingo nights and bar games.

A residential mobile homes park right on the river Crouch near Battlesbridge. It's more a small town. It is very neat and tidy though to an outsider, quite densely laid out. There is a central community centre with a bar and entertainment stage.
