​0 Stars - Extremely Disappointed, Ruined Birthday Experience & Demanding a Full Refund ​As someone who has visited this location a few times before and never had an issue, I am completely shocked by our visit earlier today (July 31, 2026, at 1:30 PM) for my son's birthday. ​The adult racing vests provided were in a completely unacceptable, unsanitary condition. The smell was overwhelmingly foul resembling unwashed sweat and vomit making them entirely impossible to wear. We tried asking for replacements and went through five to six different suits, all of which had the exact same horrific odor. ​Because it is summertime, visitors are wearing shorts and t-shirts, meaning these unwashed suits go directly onto bare skin soaked in sweat. With no proper washing or sanitization taking place, there is a serious risk of skin conditions or infections being easily transmitted from one customer to the next. ​Because of this, I was unable to race and share the experience with my boys on his birthday. When we addressed this with staff, we were told they don't wash them on-site. Instead, staff simply sprayed a suit with a small spray bottle right in front of us, and rather than properly cleaning it, they folded it right back up and put it under the counter ready to hand to the next unsuspecting customer. ​While I spoke with the manager and staff on duty who noted down my details to pass along to upper management, I am officially demanding a full refund, not store credit. Given these appalling hygiene standards, I will not be returning

Absolutely unreal night at TeamSport go-karting 🔥 Staff were top tier from the moment we walked in, super welcoming and explained everything clearly so everyone knew what was going on. There was about 15 of us and the vibe was quality. The marshals let us race and have fun, even when it got competitive, but when things got a bit wild they stepped in quick and handled it properly. A couple of black flags came out, we got pulled in, rules explained clearly about safety and no contact, and fair play to them, it was all respected. After that it was full send again and the night was spot on. Perfect balance between letting you enjoy yourself and keeping it safe. Proper well run, great atmosphere, and a brilliant group night out. 100 percent recommend. We’ll definitely be back 🏁🔥

I have been to this track about 10 times, and the team are always very welcoming and friendly. The staff are always open to giving you more tips on how to improve your lap time, as well as having an enjoyable conversation about karting. You get a good amount of time on the track per session, and each lap gives you a bit of a better understanding about how much speed and breaking you need where. One thing I would change is in the briefing they should be a little section to help inexperienced drivers with how to get around corners safely. They do mention that you should take more care on the lower level due to it being slightly more slippery, however, I found several times that some people would put too much power into going around the corners. This often caused accidents due to them crashing into the walls and cutting up other drivers.

Team were good. Track was good. Two small issues for feedback - 1 - my grandson (8) lacks has ‘issues’ & lacks confidence; on the day he just couldn’t start; being overwhelmed by the experience. A refund or voucher would have been a good way of getting the family to return & work on him & getting him onto the track. 2 - only 1 member of staff in the bar to handle drinks & food orders, resulted in very long wait for orders - 15 minutes for a milkshake. Otherwise great place & lots of family fun.
