Oak Pyggy
Basingstoke and Deane
Photo: Google Maps
Oak Pyggy is a hand-built pig arc in the countryside near Silchester, sleeping two people in one bedroom with a bathroom. Inside, the curved walls and compact layout create an intimate hideaway—low ceilings and cosy proportions make it feel like its own self-contained world. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided; you arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am.
The location is genuinely rural, surrounded by farmland, with walking routes accessible from the property. A pub lies within a mile. Swimming facilities are on site. Basingstoke is within reach for larger shops and amenities. No smoking inside the property. The arc sits as part of a small cluster of similar accommodations, each one individually built, though you have the whole place to yourself.
