About Little Park Farm B&B Queen Anne Farmhouse

Little Park Farm B&B Queen Anne Farmhouse suits visitors after a slower pace rather than a city-centre base, with only three rooms set among the fields of Beech Hill Road on the edge of Reading. It works well for couples or solo travellers who want a peaceful stopover with easy parking, rather than a full-service hotel experience.

Rooms are kept calm and unfussy, decorated simply with drinks provided so guests can settle in without fuss. Beyond the bedrooms, there's a shared kitchenette and a sitting room for guests to use, alongside a garden to sit out in when the weather allows. Breakfast is included, free WiFi is available throughout, and luggage storage is on hand for those breaking up a longer journey.

Free on-site parking makes it a straightforward base for exploring the Berkshire countryside around Reading, with the farmhouse setting itself offering a change of scene from the town centre a short distance away.

Great place to stay whilst visiting family in the area. Super comfy apartment in converted stables with all the normal mod cons you need. Was heavenly place to escape back to after a stressful day. Thank you.

We had the most beautiful time at Little Park Farm for our Wedding Festival. We were lucky to stay in the new Shepherds Hut which was so lovely and comfy. The location is just amazing with many of our guests saying they felt so relaxed there - bride and groom included! It was exactly what we had hoped for and more, being able to personalise to our hearts content. It was the cherry on top to be able to have our dogs there too. We are very grateful to be able to celebrate our wedding there.

Zara and the team at Little Park Farm were incredible during the build up and on the day of our wedding this year. From the first moments of meeting Zara, we knew we would be looked after as she was so knowledgable and approachable. We were able to choose suppliers we wanted, rather than choosing from a prescribed list, which meant we were able to fully customise everything about our wedding celebrations. Zara and Simon were incredibly organised yet relaxed and ensured our day went as smoothly as possible. The team of staff were wonderful too - kind, attentive and fun - they made our day so special. The accommodation options are flexible for immediate family/bridal party, and the breakfasts offered were delicious! We cannot thank Zara and Simon enough for everything they did for us to make our day literally the best day ever - we want to do the day again and again!

We truly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect experience at Little Park Farm for our special day. From start to finish, Zara, Simon, and the entire team were nothing short of incredible. Our guests absolutely loved having them be part of the celebration, and they consistently went above and beyond to make everything feel effortless. No request was ever too big or too small, and Zara’s patience—with our spreadsheets, endless emails, and all the little details—was genuinely amazing. The farm looked stunning on the day, and we danced well into the early hours, with our last guest heading home at 4am—something you’d struggle to find at any other venue! The breakfast the next morning was exactly what everyone needed, complete with bacon sandwiches and coffee for those who didn’t quite make it back to their rooms. Thank you for opening your beautiful farm to us and helping make our day so unforgettable. Chris and Tori x
