About Greyhound Inn
Each of the five rooms at the Greyhound Inn comes with its own en-suite bathroom and drinks provided, giving guests a straightforward, comfortable base without the frills of a larger hotel. It's a proper inn setup, with the bedrooms sitting above the pub itself, so those after a quiet countryside retreat with all the trimmings should look elsewhere, but anyone wanting a no-nonsense stay in the middle of Bedale will find it does the job well.
Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar, with breakfast included and packed lunches available for those heading out to explore. Outdoor seating gives guests somewhere to sit outside the main rooms, and practical touches like 24 hour reception, laundry service and meeting rooms mean it works equally for a short break or a stopover on business. Free on-site parking is provided, and pets are welcome.
The inn makes a handy stop for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, with golf and fishing both nearby for those wanting to fill their days, and further pubs, bars and restaurants within easy reach for evenings out. It's a straightforward, well-placed option for getting out into North Yorkshire.
