Incredible Site and Fantastic Event Hosting! I recently attended Brompton On Swale Caravan Park for "The Sting" 2026 Backyard Ultra event, organised by Team Caterpillar, and I cannot recommend this location enough. Immaculate Grounds: The site is set in a truly beautiful location. With the grassed areas in absolutely stunning, immaculate condition. Excellent Facilities: The toilet and shower block are clean, modern, and well-maintained, which makes a massive difference during an endurance event. Top-Notch Amenities & Staff: The onsite food was amazing, and the entire team running the site was fantastic - super helpful and welcoming throughout. Whether you are visiting for a major event or just looking for a great place to stay, this campsite is highly recommended!

Lovely campsite with Riverside pitches. Nice footpath to Richmond & the falls, which goes passed Easby abbey. Can walk to Brompton on Swale and the pub there, but this does involve part of the walk being along the road with no footpath. SiteFacilities are good and well kept. Site shop & takeaway food available on some evenings. Also a arcade games room.

Family friendly site , food available on site, handy wellstocked shop , very clean toilets and showers, friendly staff , if youre looking for a quiet site this probably won't suit you as it gets extremely busy with families at weekends, great site for kids as there's a football field and park on site .

Nice caravan park in a beautiful location. Gravel and grass touring pitches with EHU available. Showers functional and clean. Set beside the river. Staff friendly and helpful.
