What guests say
The staff were so helpful, I am dairy free as my daughter has CMPA and they made sure to check the menu and go over it all with me. There were loads of options. When I needed to breast feed they opened up a room so I could feed in privacy and comfort. Excellent service

A small group of 5 went out for my partners step mums 51st birthday. We were greeted with no smiles or nothing. Waited a few minutes for our table. As our host passed us they didn’t say hello just a quick “follow me”. We were seated and got some drinks going. A lady came over to ask for our order but due to the amount of words crammed onto an A4 page it was overwhelming for some of us. She did state that last orders were 7.45 so we just had to bite the bullet. We got our mains and granted, it was nice. Nothing mind blowing. Our plates sat on the table for well up to an hour, seated tables surrounding us had the pleasure of having their tables cleared. Just not us. We had to then ask a young lady passing to see if desert was still available. The Bramble cocktail does not even resemble a bramble. It looks like cranberry juice that was shook with some lime juice. Very underwhelming. Finally after 5minutes we got some menus, this was easy. Cheesecake. After eight cheesecake. Loved it. After our deserts a young man came up to the table. No hello, no how was your food, nothing. Just barged in with a card machine and stated the total. This was highly unprofessional in hospitality. This is a grand establishment, but their staff need checked. 2/5 the cheesecake saved it from being a 1/5

We have been here today and I’m happy on how the service was, they communicated great and they were nice and kind. But we had to wait for a while and you don’t get a menu for the drinks which made us rush having to order drinks. The food was really good but the taste of my kid’s chicken burger told me it was dry. But it was good pricing and They had lots of options to choose for foods and desserts. Overall Good Service but the Food wasn’t the best.

Had a lovely meal here last night with Family, staff were super helpful especially the man who dealt with our table about our childs Allergy went above and beyond checked the menu came back told us what they could do and ensured there would be nothing containing egg in the meal. Great to see a place take allergies seriously as a lot of places still don't. Child loved there food said it's there new favourite place & our meals were brilliant as well. We will definitely be back :) Great price, Great food, Great Staff definitely recommend and fab with dealing with allergies :D
