What guests say
We stayed for a few days. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, cafes, a smaller grocery store etc. Checkin was simple and we used to the left to get to our room. Our room was clean and washroom was spotless! Pump bottles of soap and body wash was provided. Our bed was so comfortable with plush pillows. The hotel has a decent sized bar and walk out patio where you can sit at a table and watch what's going on on the street and people watch. The patio has ceiling mounted electrical heater to keep the chill off. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. The staff were so attentive and quick to respond to the needs of guests from what I saw. The security at this hotel is good and we felt safe during our stay.

The only reason I drop a star on the room is that the shower barrier was already broken and the water pressure was minimal. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Amazing staff unbelievable bed (best sleep I've had on months). Everything was top tier. The bar had amazing staff who made perfect cocktails each time. The front of house staff were amazing and friendly. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

We had a brilliant night at House Belfast! The cocktails were absolutely gorgeous—expertly crafted and packed with flavor. A massive shoutout to the bartender who was making them; he was excellent. The vibe inside is spot on. The music was eclectic and wonderful, setting the perfect backdrop for a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

This is not a 3 star hotel and it is not worth the price they charge per room. I stayed here for a week and it was an awful experience. The rooms are dirty, outdated and in need of refurbishment. Paint patches, damp in the bathroom, dust all over the room, sticky patches on the carpet, make up stains on the mirror - all of these were not dealt with. It did not seem like the cleaning staff vacuumed the rooms very often as the carpet always had debris in it. There was one day that my room wasn't even cleaned by housekeeping. On my last night I woke up to a leaking ceiling above the bed and had to change rooms. There was also a wedding taking place in the hotel. I was not given warning about this and the noise was unbearable until 12.30am. More generally, because of the lack of air conditioning I had to keep the windows open which meant all of the street noise flowed directly into the room all night long. The staff were generally very lovely, particularly the breakfast staff and those working on the desk late at night. If you're looking for a comfortable and clean hotel in Belfast, I would avoid House. It is more like a private room in a hostel than a hotel.
