I have stayed here multiple times now and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and warm and the bed is very comfortable. The layout is very simple so you can't get lost and they offer lots of event options from weddings to company christmas party's, not to mention the theme park next door. The staff are super helpful and friendly both in reception and in the restaurant, and the food in the restaurant both for breakfast and evening meal is superb. If I am working within 20 miles I will stay at the Alona.

Amy provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We dine at the hotel restaurant every day, and she has always been professional and welcoming. We accidentally forgot to take our receipts needed for expense claims, and the next day we asked Amy if it would be possible to have them reprinted. She responded with a big smile and reassured us it would not be a problem at all. When we returned the following day, she greeted us as always with a warm smile and handed us all the receipts without any issues. Amy is truly exceptional – professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A real credit to the restaurant.

Nice room. Tv has Amazon fire built in, shower is rain fall type. Very comfortable bed, room gets warm easy. Car park has electric car charging too!

Hotel is very old and tired. Not alot of facilities no gym no swimming pool no spa just a simple hotel, restaurant and bar. Service was slightly below average. Location was not too bad as its next to a lake. If I have to return in this area I would not stay here again.
