Torland
South Lanarkshire
Torland is a five-bedroom house on the outskirts of Ashgill near Lanark, sleeping up to ten guests. The ground floor opens into a sequence of interconnected spaces: a living room with smart TV and wood-burner, a dining room also with its own fireplace, a kitchen fitted with a range cooker and dishwasher, a second sitting room, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a games room with pool table and fridge. Two bathrooms serve this level. Upstairs, a third living space (with sofa bed) leads to three further bedrooms—a double, a bunk room with a double below and single above, and a twin—plus a bathroom with bath and shower.
The house sits within substantial grounds that wrap around on three sides: lawned areas to front and side, and a rear garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking for multiple cars is available on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, and the initial fuel for the wood-burners is included. The property is non-smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
